CIP (Cleaning in Place) is a fully automatic or semi-automatic cleaning system without moving the position and disassembling the production equipment. It is widely used in pharmaceutical industry and food & beverage production enterprises.

Background:

The customer's original CIP station system employs a water injection tank and a purified water tank (lye tank) in a sequential configuration. Each time the cleaning process utilizes the purified water tank to prepare the alkali liquor, a significant amount of time is required, which ultimately impacts the overall productivity of the workshop.

Solution:

  • Customized and replaced the original liquid dispensing tank, and increased the installation of nitrogen-filled pipeline and related dissolved oxygen probe, density meter and other instruments.

  • Replacing the original fixed liquid dispensing procedure with a customer-selectable formulation production process procedure, which allows clients to configure each stage and set their own parameters.
